Many CEEMCO metal fabrication and contract
manufacturing programs also include quality
powder coating. We are well known through-
out the region for our ability to powder coat
virtually all the ferrous and nonferrous metal
components we manufacture, including
complex weldments and unusual shapes.

We are skilled in the design of racking
systems that, along with excellent system
controls, provide the most efficient, most
effective powder coating at the most
reasonable cost. Maximum part dimensions
we coat are 48" X 96" X 144" long.
Maximum part weight is 250 lbs per two
feet of conveyor. Continuous flow is
1164 feet of hooks / 3 times per day.

Customers can specify a powder coating,
or the properties required: chip and wear
resistance, gloss, UV resistance, etc.

CEEMCO applies both decorative powder coatings and functional
ones, as well as both thermoset and thermoplastic powders.
We apply epoxy powder coatings to indoor products, such as
metal shelving and displays, metal office furniture and general
industry components where high impact strength, attractive finish
and electrical insulation are needed.

Polyester powder coatings are generally applied for high-gloss
applications, or where UV stability (weather resistance) is needed.
Epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings, and high-hiding, thin-film
powder coating application is also offered.

CEEMCO also applies clear powder coating, metallic-look
powder coatings, and a full range of colors and textures to
its fabricated products. FDA-approved powder coatings
are available.
